All mini hat fascinators and veils are available with a digital care leaflet on request. some are sent out with instructions on the care of your item, but I am cutting back on this to save paper & ink.

I do not offer a gift wrapping service.
All items are very carefully packaged using mainly recycle able materials where possible, cardboard boxes and acid free tissue.
Some bubble wrap is necessary to protect the delicate feathers- please dispose of responsibly.

Wholesale bulk orders are not available as every item is individually hand made, but I can offer a discount on shipping to small orders placed to resell in a bricks and mortar shop, NOT for selling online..

All orders are made on a first come first served basis, the lead time is currently 7-10 days, which includes time to get in any materials required and make up the item.
In some cases priority can be made for any orders needed to be shipped straight away, but this is at my discretion, depending on the volume of orders at the time and the actual reality of whether it is possible to ship in time..
Any rush orders will be expected to be upgraded to the tracked/ signed for or next day (UK only) service at the buyers own cost.

All my materials are sourced from two of the premium millinery suppliers in the UK.
The feathers, as far as I am aware are ethically sourced.
I use high quality materials and have a very high standard of finish.
As many of the designs are made from natural materials, each piece is unique and may not be totally identical to the picture on the listing.
The feathers are all individually unique, so no two are alike, and the materials from the dying process are not always totally perfect as we are dealing with natural products.
Each piece comes out very slightly different...but is essentially the same design.

Colour samples are available to order within the shop, under the Extras category.
I have an extensive colour palette, but the sinamay products are limited and are not available in a lot of colours.
They are also subject to availability, which can change quite rapidly.
If you have a colour you cant see, just send me a message with a picture or link of your outfit as something can usually be arranged.

ALL Custom Made to Order items are NON REFUNDABLE, as in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations

Due to hygiene reasons, VEILS are non refundable, unless still in packaging and unworn.
Any item returned which has visibly been worn, will NOT be granted a full refund, as not returned in the New condition, thus causing a loss in value (See Etsy standard Returns Policy)

Please email within 14 days of receipt of the item, if you wish to return for a refund or exchange.
*Anything after this time period will NOT be refunded*

Refunds do not include original postage unless received damaged.

You have up to 14 days to return the item, at your own cost, in suitable packaging, with the same care as the original packing in the original box.

My headpieces have different fixings available, and it will depend on the individuals hair type and style-

*COMB- The hair comb, is best for an updo or half updo, I use clear plastic, facing backwards or forwards to suit.

*CLIPS- The clips are the most secure and most versatile of all the fixings as they have a firm grip into the hair and you still have the freedom to put the fascinator wherever you want at any angle or side.
But, they are best for a firm updo, NOT long loose or short hair

*HEADBAND- best for short, fine/ thin or long loose hair.
I use thin metal bands, available in black, silver or gold, so should be well hidden in any colour hair.
